Spit roasted whole pig, crackling, apple sauce, bread rolls and stuffing.

This package includes:

  • Chef to cook, carve and serve your Hog Roast
  • Paper plates and dispoable napkins
  • a 3 x 3m gazebo to cover the cooking and serving area if required

Menu 2 - Light Buffet

 

Spit roasted whole pig, crackling, apple sauce, bread rolls and stuffing.
Mixed Leaf Garden Salad and Coleslaw.

This package includes:
